What kind of services do you provide?
We handle all types of events. From intimate private gatherings like birthdays, bridal showers, and weddings, to large-scale corporate events, product launches, and galas. Every event is customized to fit your theme, style, and goals.
Can we change our design after?
Of course! It’s your day and we are flexible in changing the design. Keep in mind that we may not have the props/balloons available the closer we get to the event. Please make any changes at least 1 week prior to the event.
Do you handle vendor coordination?
Yes, we take care of coordinating with trusted vendors like florists, photographers, caterers, and entertainment, so everything runs smoothly and cohesively with your décor plan.
What if there is an emergency and I would like to postpone/cancel the event?
Deposits are non-refundable. We understand that emergencies may happen and circumstances change. We are okay with changing the dates as long as we are told at least two weeks in advance. If we already started prepping, there may be some inconvenience fees based on how much work is done.
Do you provide decor only services?
No, we no longer offer that. We offer full event planning and styling services. From vendor management to on-site setup and styling, we handle every detail so you can enjoy your event stress-free.
